The difference between industrial panel pc & touch panel pc is the robustness. While the first one is usually have a stainless or aluminum enclose, the new option offers plastic or aluminum enclose. Additionally, the touch panel pc are not suitable for shocks & high vibration environment.
On the other hand, touch panel pc offers new design look, both from the front & the rear side, frame color options, & better price.
The performances are the same.
