This 2.4” TFT module is a good choice for outdoor hand-held applications. It combines a good brightness with a low power consumption . Brightness level is about 500cd/m2 . This level enable a reasonable visibility even in a full daily light. The display have other features that help to reduce power consumption as, Normally black screen, a “sleep mode” and internal RAM that reduce the need of continues refresh.
