Touch panel pc is quite a new line, based on the Industrial panel pc. The difference between industrial panel pc & touch panel pc is the robustness. While the first one is usually have a stainless or aluminum enclose, the new option offers plastic or aluminum enclose. Additionally, the touch panel pc are not suitable for shocks & high vibration environment.
