IP-67 LOCKING-LEVER TOGGLE
This series of miniature toggle switches is specifically designed for harsh environments. The panel mounting incorporates
a silicone O-ring, ensuring full protection of the enclosure against both dust and liquids.
D-Shape bushing style, prevents rotating.
Water & dust protection level is IP-67.
The switch housing is compact, helping to save space beneath the panel. In contrast, the locking lever is large and robust, designed for easy operation even when wearing gloves. The lever comes in either black or silver, with an optional black short lever that does not include a locking feature. Available options include SPDT, DPDT, 3PDT, and 4PDT, and the electrical functions cover a wide range, including the ON-ON-ON function. The locking mechanism is tailored to each electrical function, with some functions offering multiple locking options.
The switch has a minimum electrical lifecycle of 50,000 cycles under full load. It is rated for 5A at 28VDC, with the ON-ON function supporting up to 6A at 28VDC. The operating temperature range spans from -30°C to +85°C, with a specific part number available for a range of -40°C to +85°C.
