ADR offers In-Vehicle 7” CAN-BUS open-frame TFT display. Features: 1. CAN bus communication interface. 2. Support Custom CAN ID protocol, default baud rate is 250KB. 3. This product is ideal for outdoor systems that required SIM & USB entries. The USB socket & the SIM slot housed in a Thermoplastic 21mm flange. Product’s sealing level is IP68, composed of massive Silicone O-Ring for the panel and Epoxy potting around the connections (internally).

This new M12 X-coded IDC screw-less & solder-less is  an “on-site” cable assembly kit, suitable for harsh environment. Sealing protection is IP68 (mated) and temperature range is –40/+85 ℃. The Zinc alloy body helps to shield & prevent EMI effects. The connector features a high data speed of up to 10 Gb  Ethernet (CAT6A), with frequencies of up to 500 MHz .

This two-piece THR/SMD M12 connector comprises a plastic contact carrier with a screwed housing connection to the panel. The contact carrier is available with various coding.  The gasket and shield spring are mounted to provide IP68 protection and excellent EMC performance. The housing is made of non-flammable material (UL94-V0).                    

This display is a color active matrix TFT LCD module using amorphous silicon TFT's as an active switching devices. This module has a 21.5 inch active area with FHD resolutions (1920x1080). Each pixel is divided into RED, GREEN, BLUE dots,  arranged in vertical stripe and this module can display 16.7M colors.  The TFT-LCD panel used for this module is adapted for a low reflection and higher color type.

High speed spring contact adapter can be design in different ways. It is better to choose first the right spring contact design: Requested frequency per contact. Single or double ended. With or without flange. Minimum height & travel. With or without barrel (open). Plunger shape & other specifications. ADR also offer the “S-Parameters” information for most the spring contacts (Db/Frequency graph).

Standard spring contacts can be used for 6Ghz frequency maximum. For higher frequencies, a special contacts and contacts arrangement are required. These spring probes can transfer the signals between PCB’s or other layers. ADR offers a wide range of spring contacts for high speed data transferring. There are both single and double action probes.

”Barreless” spring contacts were developed to reduce the spring-contact cost and to improve the signals transfer. These kind of contacts required appropriate socket. Short pins enable higher speed performance. ADR offers short “barreless” spring contacts in length of 3-4mm. The contact is made of one or three parts only. The one-piece spring contact is a low cost solution because it doesn’t require assembly process during production.
