When you design a small or a high density pcb board, our ultra small pogo-pins & test probes can help you with space saving. That includes RF, signals or power transferring modules.
Barrel dia starts from 0.09mm & can be made of cooper alloy, gold alloy or, Ni/Au (Electroforming). Spring dia starts from 0.065mm & can be made of Music Wire, Stainless Steel or, Beryllium Copper. Plunger standard shapes are round, conical & crown. For signals or power applications, you can use these ultra-miniature probes, up to 5 Amps. If you measure RF, the range is -1dB@41.8GHz Insertion loss.
