ADR offer SMD RA Infra-Red sensors with a viewing angle range of 20° - 160°.

Typical intensity (for 20mA) is changed between 0.85 to 6.4 Mw/sr.

Standard Temp. range is –40/+85 C°.

All products are matched with reflow process (260 C° peak) & are RoHS approved.
