Choose IPS-TFT display when high brightness and long lifetime are key-points for your application.
IPS-TFT display have a great color reproduction and the whites are far better than that of the AMOLED. The viewing angles are good and display doesn’t suffer of “Burn-in” problems. Additionally, price is lower, compare to a similar AMOLED one.
When loading your device frequently is not an issue, this type of display is a good choice.
