The best way to indicate a switch function is by marking it with a symbol or a word.
The alternative — to indicate the function on the panel, near by the switch, is less clear for the user, takes up panel space and sometimes expensive.
Printing on a switch is not always easy. Switch material & front surface treatment have to be considered, in relation to the printing method.
ADR offers the service of printing on switches, both metal & plastic. We can even offer the possibility to print on a non flat surface.
For some of our switches, we can offer sticky labels instead of direct marking.
