RS485 Touch Display with Built-In Intelligence for Control Panels and Field Automation
Machine panels, process controllers, and agricultural automation systems all need an operator interface, but few teams want to spend months building one. This 10.1" smart display combines a TFT screen, a capacitive touch panel, and a ready-to-use firmware platform in a single module, so the host controller only has to send simple commands.
Smart Display, Simple Control
The module works as a slave device. A master controller sends commands over RS485 using a Modbus-style protocol to draw the screen content, and the display reports touch events back. Standard UI objects such as buttons, gauges, and charts are built in, and a GUI builder tool helps you lay out screens quickly. If your project needs custom objects, supplying your artwork in PNG or JPG format is enough to get a tailored set. Because the host only handles commands, a basic microcontroller or even a PC with a USB-to-RS485 adapter can drive the display.
Clear Display and Touch
The 10.1" panel offers 1024 × 600 resolution in a 16:9 format, with a typical brightness of 400 cd/m² and an 85° viewing angle in every direction. A projected capacitive (PCAP) touch panel provides smooth, multi-touch-ready input suited to dashboards, setpoint screens, and status views.
Flexible Power and Interfaces
A wide 8 V to 28 V supply range lets the display run directly from common 12 V and 24 V industrial rails, with typical consumption of around 6 W. Additional features include:

At 248.8 × 143 × 23.2 mm, the module fits standard control enclosures and panel cut-outs without taking up much depth.
