HIGH SPEED SPRING CONTACTS
Standard spring contacts can be used for 6Ghz frequency maximum. For higher frequencies, a special contacts and contacts arrangement are required.
These spring probes can transfer the signals between PCB’s or other layers.
ADR offers a wide range of spring contacts for high speed data transferring.
There are both single and double action probes. The plunger type can be configured to the existing pad layout. Barrel can be flanged for a better mechanical positioning.
The spring itself can be Steel Wire (Music Wire) or Stainless Steel Wire.
Standard temp. range is –40/+120℃ but, some product withstand –45/+200℃.
The current maximum speed that ADR spring probe can reach is –1dB/80Ghz.
