The main features of the sensors are:

Output voltage range is –3 to +12 VDC.
Temperature range is –20 to +120 °C .
Temp. coefficient of resistance is 0.06 %/°C .
Detection angle is 90 degrees.
Typical responsivity is 164 V/w
