IR illuminator LED’s become highly requested in today’s sensing devices.
Following the devices needs, the IR LED variety increased by means of power, wavelength, wave angle & package format.
ADR supply high reliability IR illuminator LED’s. Wavelength is up to 1650nm and Radiated Power can reach 5200mW.
Different viewing angle achieved by special lens design. Multi-chip packages are available (up to 60 chips). SMT Multi-wavelength is existing (for example: 850mm, 890mm & 940nm in a single package). For many types, there is an option of Zener diode. Some types offer temperature range of -40 ~ +100 degree Celsius. LED assembly options are SMT, TH or Panel mount.
